ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) — Buffalo Bills receiver Stevie Johnson is expected to play Sunday against the New England Patriots (2-0).
Johnson has been nursing a sore groin that forced him to miss Wednesday’s practice, but he practiced fully on both Thursday and Friday with the Bills (2-0).
Defensive linemen Spencer Johnson (hip) and Torell Troup (back) are also both probable. Troup has missed the first two games because of his injury.
Backup linebacker Kirk Morrison won’t play because of a hamstring injury, and cornerback Terrence McGee will miss his second straight game because of a hamstring injury.

Coach Chan Gailey said Johnson is officially listed as probable after getting the day off Thursday to rest a sore groin that has been bothering him the past month.
Cornerback Terrence McGee won’t play against Oakland (1-0) because of a hamstring injury sustained in Buffalo’s season-opening win at Kansas City. McGee is expected to be out for at least a couple more weeks.
Linebacker Arthur Moats (knee) is probable, but defensive lineman Torell Troup (back) is doubtful.

Coach Chan Gailey said Johnson was just given the day off, and fully anticipates Johnson to play Sunday when the Bills (1-0) play host to the Oakland Raiders (1-0).
Johnson appeared to tweak the injury in a position drill on Wednesday during the portion that reporters were able to watch. He took a few repetitions off before returning.
The four-year veteran led the Bills with 82 catches last season, and had four receptions for 66 yards and a touchdown in Buffalo’s season-opening 41-7 win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday.
Defensive lineman Torell Troup (back) and linebacker Arthur Moats (knee) were both limited again on Thursday.
