The Buffalo Bills hit nearly all their marks and filled nearly every need they had going into the 2016 season especially with Reggie Ragland in the second round, which the Bills traded their original 2nd round pick and two fourth round picks to move up to get him. Ragland is undoubtedly one of the, if not the top linebacker prospect.
Their first round selection, Shaq Lawson, the 19th overall selection and Ragland give them two players that will make an immediate impact on the team.

Former Jets Head Coach Rex Ryan saw something special when he drafted Ik Enemkpali in the sixth round of the 2014 draft. After playing with the team for a year, the coaching staff thought he was a good enough teammate before to take a chance on him again.
“We all know what happened and things like that,” Ryan said. “Obviously, it was a terrible thing that happened. But IK made a mistake, there’s no question about that. But instead of listening to this person, that person or whatever — we had IK last year. A lot of us were around IK, and he was a good teammate.”
While the league may still take action against Enemkpali under the leagues Personal Conduct Policy, Ryan is happy the franchise is allowing him to make the decision.
“I think [owner Terry Pegula] has confidence in our beliefs, and in this case, Doug [GM Doug Whaley] is showing a lot of faith in me as well,” Ryan said. “That we specifically, guys that have been with IK, believe that he can be successful here.”
