Bills drop another division game—big time

The Buffalo Bills were embarrassed by the New England Patriots Sunday 52-28 but, it’s not like they weren’t in the game. Leading 21-7 entering the third quarter, the Bills were out worked, out hustled and out played for the rest of the game.

“That was really embarrassing,” Bills QB Ryan Fitzpatrick bluntly said following the Patriots 52-28 rout of the Bills on Sunday. “We have a lot of pride, and right now we have our tails between our legs.”

The Patriots scored on six consecutive possessions that included drives of 80, 85 and 63 yards while the Bills became unglued.

“For some reason these games versus these guys, when they start rolling unfortunately we have not had an answer,” Fitzpatrick said. “We have to figure out why.”

The next match up for the Bills will be against a strong 3-1 San Francisco team.
